Have your child's physician fax a doctor's order for "speech therapy to evaluate and treat" to our fax number at (256)692-6334. Be sure to have them include your contact information cover sheet

We accept BCBS and Aetna insurance plans. We also have a private pay scale for self pay and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your own insurance if needed
